Shree Melbourne Shwetambar Jain Sangh (MSJS) is pleased to inform you that the Chaitra Maas Navpadji Oli / Aayambil Oli starts from Monday 19th April 2021 to Tuesday 27th April 2021 (from Chaitra Sud 7 to Chaitra Sud 15).

This Chaitra Maas Oli MSJS have organised Samooh Aayambil and Snatra Pooja at MSJS Centre:

Samooh Snatra Pooja:

Date:   Sunday, 25th April 2021
Time:   9.00 AM to 2.30 PM
Venue: MSJS Centre, 124-126 Rowans Rd, Moorabbin, VIC 3189

Samooh Snatra will be performed in two groups as below:

  1. Children age (5 to 14) - MSJS continuously endeavours to provide children with the platform to grow and learn Jain rituals. MSJS is inviting young Shravak/Shravika to participate in Snatra Pooja specially organised for the 5-14 years age group. All the children who require supervision are requested to participate in other Snatra. Parents will not be allowed in Children Snatra Pooja.
  2. Everyone else

We request all Sadharmik to come in Pooja clothes to participate in Snatra Pooja.

MSJS will provide all required items for the Pooja. However, as we know, it provides immense satisfaction to do Pooja with personal items (sva-dravya). If you wish to use sva dravya, Sangh will be happy to provide you required guidance.

 

Samooh Aayambil:

Samooh Aayambil and normal meal will start after Samooh Snatra around 12:30 pm.

Samooh Aayambil Labharti Parivaar: Sarojben Sureshbhai Sanghani Parivar 

RSVP is required for your visit to MSJS Centre (regardless if you will have a meal or not). Please feel the below form to submit your RSVP. Note that RSVP will be closed on Tuesday, 20th April 2021 or earlier if we reached the venue capacity.

Important Notes:

  • If you are unwell or have a temperature, you are requested to stay home to help us protect our Sadharmik.
  • All attendees will have to go through registration and normal Covid-19 check upon arrival. A wristband will be provided at the time of registration which you are required to wear all the time.
  • Mask must be worn all the time unless you are playing, eating, or drinking (Age 12 and above).
  • Please ensure you practice social distancing.
  • All are requested to park their cars at the appropriate location around MSJS Centre by adhering to council parking rules and permit requirements.

Samooh Aayambil Labh for each day is $1501.00. Please contact [email protected] if you would like to take Labh.

Regardless of if you do Aayambil or not, PLEASE try to do the following's: 
1. Do not eat roots in these 9 days. 
2. Do Chauvihar as many days as possible - at least do over the weekend 
3. Do Loggasa Khamasana and Navkarvalis as many days as possible - at least do over the weekend.
