MSJS solely depends on support from community members by way of attendance, contributions, donations and sponsorship.

The following are the Nakras for this event:

  • Sadharmik Bhakti Swami Vatsalya - 3 Meals – AUD 101.00 (Many individuals can participate).
  • 18 Abhishek of all Pratimaji in Derasar - (3 Bhagwan & 2 Mataji x 18 = 90 Abhishek) – AUD 31.00 per Abhishek. Note - To do Abhishek you need to be in Pooja clothes
  • Shree Yantra Poojan - AUD 51.00 per Yantra.

Decorative Aarti Thali competition

This year, MSJS has organised “Decorative Aarti Thali” competition. Prizes will be given to best three thalis and samooh aarti will be performed on Sat 26 Feb using the winning thalis. Those who want to participate, please bring your Aarti Thali on Sat 26 Feb at 7:00 PM at Derasar.

Please note that you cannot use Marble/Aaras and Iron/Lokhand thali. You can use wood, alumimium, steel, etc decorated with flowers, jari, designs, cloth, colours, themes, stones etc.

After Aarti, thali will be returned to the participant

 

Shree Yantra Poojan

We will perform the Shree Yantra Poojan in small groups of 4 to 5 people. Each group will perform poojan on one Yantra. There is a nakra of AUD 51.00 per Yantra. Group can take the Yantra to their home after the Poojan. Pooja cloths are not required for this poojan.

 

* Shree Yantra Poojan benefits: One way Goddess Mahalaxmi (also known as Ashta Laxmi) is worshiped is by doing Shree Yantra Poojan. Shree Yantra energised by a Guru helps individual to progress materially and spiritually in 8 different forms of Laxmi called Dhan, Gruh, Aarogya Yash, Sanskar, Gyan, Adhyatma and Moksha Laxmi.
